Class Descriptions:
Beginner/Intermediate Muay Thai: Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai in a small group setting with in-depth and hands-on instruction. In this class, you will build a good foundation in Muay Thai. You will do controlled sparring drills, learn strategy, and if you want to continue... Can Advance to the fight team! (Must be a member for over a month before attending)
FIGHT TEAM: This class is reserved for our Fight Team Competitors. This is authentic muay Thai training straight from Thailand!
Muay Thai/Boxing Padwork: It's no secret that fighters are some of the most in-shape athletes in the world! So why not Train like a pro fighter without the bumps of sparring and fighting! In this training class, you will be doing heavy bag drills, hit the Thai pads, and other conditioning/strength workouts

Q: How do I get started?
A: Just click on the free 7-day pass button and schedule your free beginner class
Q: I've never boxed before... Can I do this?
A: Absolutely! 99% of our members have never been inside a boxing gym before. Which is why we start out with a beginner boxing class.
Q: I'm out of shape or haven't ever worked out in my life. Will I be able to do this?
A: This is your workout! If you need to take a break, then simply take a break. We want you to have fun and enjoy your workout, so you can go at your pace. Our trainers will make sure you are doing the correct form and will encourage you to do your best, but also encourage you to pace yourself!
Q: Do I need boxing gloves?
A: Nope! We have lots of loaner gloves, and when you join you get a free pair!
