6 WEEK INTRO TO MUAY THAI
This class is designed specifically for those with little to no experience! In this class, you will receive in-depth instruction on Muay Thai techniques in a small group setting. Each class will cover a different striking technique of the sport and you will be able to put it all together by the end of the 6 weeks.
Whether you want to lose weight, learn self-defense, or want to fight in the future... This class is for you!
