WHAT IS DAY ONE?
DAY ONE Is our free intro class and your first day of boxing training camp. The First step is to click the green button to schedule your first workout. Upon arrival at the gym, your coach will greet you at the front door and give you a tour of the club.
Next is your 30-minute beginner boxing class. We will go over all the basics that you will need to be able to complete your first training session with us, address any injuries, and answer any questions you have.
After Your intro class, You'll then use your new skills in a complimentary 60 minute boxing training session.
This is for ALL fitness levels.
